SSG at UK Games Expo 2025
Once more, the UK Games Expo is approaching rapidly! And once more, Surprised Stare Games has a stand: Hall 2, Stand 2-996. We've had a stand at Expo for every one since it all started in 2007!
Our Games
Two games that were launched last year:
Last Bug Standing in the Circle of Doom!
A 2-player game by Bez Shahriari. A game in which the Navigator directs the driver of the crew’s Vehicle through an alien landscape, whilst the Gunner shoots at Bug-Eyed Monsters (BEMs). If you plot the right course, make the right moves, and pick the right shots, you will have the Last Bug Standing in the Circle of Doom!
War of the 3 Sanchos, 1065-67
Our latest Pocket Campaigns game. In this 1-3 player game, you are competing for control of castles and towers across Castilla, Navarra, and Aragón. Players gain victory points for each castle or tower fortified with their pieces. If at any time during the game a Sancho has 10 or more victory points, they win. Otherwise, the winner is the Sancho with the most victory points after the last card is played.
Pocket Campaigns games
We have 3 of our Pocket Campaigns games available at the show; March of Progress has sold out.
Please stop by our stand in Hall 2, 2-996 to say hi.
https://casinolegaly.com actually got me thinking about how few conventions I've seen where a stand has been there since day one, and nineteen straight years at UK Games Expo is genuinely wild when you consider how many vendors come and go. The detail about War of the 3 Sanchos ending early once someone hits ten victory points is a smart way to keep a card game from dragging, and I've noticed shorter campaign games like that tend to hit my table far more often than the sprawling ones. Hall 2 is always chaos by midday, so making it to stand 2-996 before the crowds hit seems like the real strategy.
Selection work benefits from comparable evaluation angles, especially when internal stakeholders disagree about which platform features are truly essential.
Thank you for sharing the information with all of us. The SSG at UK games in the Expo 2025 is the best one to watch everything. Like these SSG watching games in the expo, like flowers for sympathy in California are also the best flowers for everyone.
Glad to know about your games book expo in the UK. We are comic book illustrators in the United Kingdom, and we have a great book for games as well.
Very useful article. Thanks for sharing
