AireCon 2022
Surprised Stare will be at AireCon 2022 in Harrogate from Friday 11 March to Sunday 13 March. We'll be setting up on the Thursday afternoon at stand G9.
For the first time, we'll have all 3 of our Pocket Campaigns games in the same place at the same time!
The Cousins' War (now re-printed)
All are available individually for £15, or £25 for any two, or £35 for all three. In addition, we will be showing off and demoing the next 2 Pocket Campaigns games in prototype: War of the 3 Sanchos, and The Castle War (both are working titles). We have the Battle of Tewkesbury promo card from the original edition of The Cousins' War, which is playable with the 2nd edition.
Plus, we have Lux Aeterna, Tony Boydell's solitaire starship disaster game, and the Snowdonia Deluxe Master Set.
On Saturday afternoon at 2pm I will be running a session of the new edition of Kingmaker to be Kickstarted by Gibsons Games in the Autumn. This is a prototype version, so not with the new artwork, but there's also an opportunity to have a sneak peek at the new box art.
Continuing the Wars of the Roses theme, we have a few copies left of Graham Evans' Battle of Northampton 1460. This is a colourful historical narrative game about the battle. All proceeds for this game go to the Northamptonshire Battlefields Society.
