The COPPERTWADDLE deck contains a total of 55 cards
divided into three distinct groups (or Natures); these are the
Threlms, Favours, and
Declarations. In addition, the cards
are collectively grouped according to a predetermined hierarchy called the
Sequence.
There is a secret message hidden within the form and order of
the Coppertwaddle cards, first appearing in the late 17th Century, which can be
deciphered using the Abbot's Puzzle.
