An DECLARATION proclaiming the victories of our most righteous arms and the glories of our loyal knights in ourWar With FrancePlace on any proud Threlm; it loses 1 Power |

This card is particularly effective when played in conjunction with The Leper, where higher-powered Threlms can be brought within range of its destructive ability. Generally, the position of Threlms is an important consideration when playing War with France; it is more effective to play the card on a Threlm that occupies either of the middle two ditches in either Rank, so that it decreases support to Threlms around it. |
