One of the four WINDS, the East Wind is an encumberance within the bounds of the 15th Folio as it has no strength value - thereby not contributing to either threlm support or final victory points.

It is, however, a potent tool within the Worcester Variant (16th Folio), where it may be deployed into either Peasant Rank, and even on top of covered Peasant Threlms (pressing).
