Mother Milk is a comedic character popular in medieval literature and plays; she is a large female, a nurse-maid, portrayed with vast, pendulous breasts - the result of many years breast-feeding (wet-nursing) the children of her noble employers.

As with all female characters in medieval theatre, Mother Milk was traditionally played by a man.
