Porch

You are stood in an open-sided, wooden-framed porch. Above you is a roof tiled with a combination of terracotta slabs, thatch, and tarpaulin - giving it a “Mediterranean/rural England camping in the open” feel. Set into the stone steps is a boot scraper; next to this is an enormous pot plant and a discarded, muddy Wellington boot. The doorbell has been pulled from its recess and dangles, uselessly, down the wall.
